About The Job
- Manage onboarding of customers ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients
- Train the trainer at larger clients
- Provide first line support to clients
- Identify upsell opportunities among existing customers and work with the sales team to close these opportunities
- Maintain content on the Help centre website
- Validate new product features and inform customers where required
- Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding, customer support and customer success
- Bonus: Some general understanding of the accounting process, Not required!
- You will be working closely with both the sales and development teams.
- You are an effective self-starter, who can push their work forward and seeks guidance when necessary.
- You will have a passion for FinTech products and are an avid user of them
- Enjoy talking to customers and solving their problems
- Have experience in Customer Success in a B2B or FinTech business
- Understand the importance of process in agile development and customer success and are committed to continuously improve our processes as the business evolves
- You like working in a fast paced world.
