About The Job

  • Manage onboarding of customers ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients
  • Train the trainer at larger clients
  • Provide first line support to clients
  • Identify upsell opportunities among existing customers and work with the sales team to close these opportunities
  • Maintain content on the Help centre website
  • Validate new product features and inform customers where required
  • Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding, customer support and customer success
  • Bonus: Some general understanding of the accounting process, Not required!

About You

  • You will be working closely with both the sales and development teams.
  • You are an effective self-starter, who can push their work forward and seeks guidance when necessary.
  • You will have a passion for FinTech products and are an avid user of them
  • Enjoy talking to customers and solving their problems
  • Have experience in Customer Success in a B2B or FinTech business
  • Understand the importance of process in agile development and customer success and are committed to continuously improve our processes as the business evolves
  • You like working in a fast paced world.
