These terms of use ("Terms of Use") are entered into between Masraff and the User.
Article 2 - Subject and Scope of Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are entered into to determine the conditions for the User's use of the Application.

Article 4 - Use of Application

Receipt Scanning: Masraff agrees to enable Users to take photos of their receipts to record expenses.
Bilgi Gönderimi
Submission of Information: User information and information uploaded to the Application are kept confidential.
Çıktı Formatı
Output Format: The output format of expenses made in the Application is determined by Masraff.
Fiş İçeriği ve Okunabilirlik
Receipt Content and Legibility: The User acknowledges and declares that they are responsible for the accuracy and legibility of receipt content.
Kapsam Dışı Hizmetler
Excluded Services: Operational services such as additional development, customization are charged separately.
Article 5 - Limited Liability
Performance and Acceptance: Masraff will exercise maximum diligence for service quality.
No Accounting Service: Masraff does not provide any financial, tax or accounting services.
Limitation to Direct Damages: The User acknowledges that Masraff's liability is limited to direct damages.
Data Loss: Masraff shall not be responsible for loss of information uploaded by the User.
Article 6 - Application Copyright
Ownership of the Application: The Application is a work protected by intellectual property laws and all rights belong to Masraff.
Article 7 - Minimum Hardware
Kullanıcılar, Uygulamayı kullanmak için minimum donanım gereksinimlerine sahip olmalıdır.
Article 8 - Term and Termination
Masraff has the right to suspend or terminate User's access to the Application in case of violation.
Article 9 - Confidentiality
Gizlilik hükümleri Lisans Sözleşmesi'nde ayrıntılı olarak düzenlenmiştir.
Article 10 - Protection of Personal Data
Kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin hükümler 6698 sayılı KVKK ile uyumludur. Ayrıntılar için KVKK Politikamıza bakınız.
