Compliance foundation
Expense flow ready for regulator inspection
Data protection, role-based access and immutable record layers expected by bank and insurance compliance teams run by default on every expense flow.
Solutions
Audit-ready expense platform for banks, insurance and leasing: immutable audit log, segregation of duties, intercompany transfer pricing, ERP-integrated.
Card statement lines matched to expenses in the Masraff app. People, companies and amounts are sample data.
For banks, insurance carriers, leasing firms and asset managers, expense management is less about the line-item amount and more about whether the path leading to that amount is auditable. BDDK-compliant spend processes, segregation of duties, four-eyes approval and intercompany transfer-pricing requirements add a layer of complexity that generic expense software does not cover. Masraff reduces financial-services expense management to a single audit-ready flow: every action is logged with user, device and timestamp; the approval matrix mirrors BDDK and SPK oversight logic; intra-group expense transfers run through the system instead of side-channel spreadsheets.

Audit trail
Every action is written to an immutable log with user, device and timestamp. Internal audit runs filtered queries; the evidence chain exports for external auditors in one click.
Identity governance
One-click sign-in via Azure AD, Okta and SAML; four-eyes role templates for audit, compliance and risk align with corporate identity governance.

Capabilities
Every action timestamped, logged by user and device. Unlimited retention.
Authorization matrix aligned with BDDK/SPK rules. Pre-set role templates for audit, compliance, and risk teams.
Inter-entity expense transfers auto-categorized; transfer pricing rules enforced by the system.
In regulated financial institutions, auditability is not a feature — it is a condition of operation. Masraff persists every expense action (creation, edit, approval, rejection, transfer) with user identity, IP/device metadata and timestamp. Internal and external audit teams run filtered queries from a single console with unlimited historical depth. Audit log entries cannot be deleted or rewritten retroactively, which is the evidentiary basis most regulators expect.
In banking, insurance and leasing operations, the requester and the approver of an expense must never be the same person. Masraff's approval engine builds threshold rules based on user grade, category and organization routing, four-eyes enforcement and delegation. Internal audit, compliance and risk functions receive dedicated role templates so that a single user is bound to only one of the requester, approver or accounting roles.
Typical scenarios for financial-services clients:
In holding structures spanning bank, insurance, leasing and asset-management entities, shared expenses are subject to transfer-pricing rules. Masraff splits a single expense across multiple legal entities using pre-defined allocation rules; the costs of IT, legal and central functions flow to group companies according to rule-based logic. Each allocation is recorded in a transfer-pricing-ready format, so when the year-end transfer-pricing file is produced, the rationale for every split is readable from the system.
The personal-data volume processed by financial institutions means KVKK obligations extend into the expense workflow. Role-based access in Masraff restricts personal data visibility to authorized users, and every view is captured in the audit log. Data-retention windows, deletion requests and inventory reports include expense data without manual reconciliation.
Masraff connects to the ERP and accounting stacks common in financial services through standard connectors:
Chart of accounts, cost centers and vendor codes are mapped once; every subsequent expense flows into the ERP as clean data before month-end close. VAT separation, VAT withholding and non-deductible expense (KKEG) scenarios are processed inside the system for institutions operating in Turkey.

FAQ
Masraff records every expense action (creation, edit, approval, rejection, transfer) into an immutable audit log with user identity, device/IP metadata and timestamp. The approval matrix supports grade-based thresholds, category/organization routing and four-eyes enforcement; audit and compliance roles can be limited to read-only access. This structure produces the evidence-chain artifacts BDDK and SPK inspections typically request.
Audit log entries are retained indefinitely by default and cannot be deleted by any user. Retention and archival policy can be configured per tenant to fit internal BDDK and KVKK procedures. Access is role-scoped: audit, compliance and risk functions see the full log, expense users see only their own actions, and every view is itself logged.
Masraff's role model separates Requester, Approver, Accounting and Admin. A user cannot appear as both requester and approver in the same flow. Grade-based thresholds escalate an approval automatically when it exceeds a manager's limit; internal audit and compliance roles observe the entire flow without create or approve rights.
Yes. Masraff works with SAML 2.0 IdPs including Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Google Workspace, Okta and CyberArk. Two-factor authentication can be layered on every sign-in method. User provisioning and group mapping sync through the IdP, so a departing employee's access closes the moment corporate identity revokes it.
Masraff runs multi-entity structures inside a single tenant. Bank, insurance, leasing and asset-management entities are configured as separate legal entities, each with its own chart of accounts, cost centers and approval matrix. Composite allocation rules distribute central-function costs (IT, legal) across group companies by pre-defined ratios, and every split is logged in a format usable for the year-end transfer-pricing file.
Masraff runs on regional cloud infrastructure by default; Turkey-based financial institutions can choose Turkish data residency. Private cloud and dedicated deployments for regulated banks are scoped during sales conversations. KVKK alignment is built on role-based access, audit logging, retention/deletion procedures and inventory reporting, and every access to personal data is itself logged.
