Expense management in holding companies and large groups is never a single-entity problem. Three different legal entities, four separate ERPs, five different approval chains — and above all of them, the internal audit team asking "where is the receipt for this expense?". Consolidated reports stitched together in Excel take until month-end; the CFO's office cannot be confident the numbers are right; internal audit chases paperwork for hours every single inquiry. Masraff is built for Turkish enterprises and holdings — every group company keeps its own ledger, headquarters sees the consolidated picture in one dashboard, and audit finds the evidence it needs in seconds.

KVKK compliance and data residency

Data hosted in Turkey, your legal counsel can sleep at night

At Masraff, data is hosted in Turkey and fully aligned with KVKK. Every action keeps an audit trail with no time limit — internal audit, external audit and legal can pull the evidence they need in one click.

Corporate identity and role-based access

Single sign-on with Azure AD or Google Workspace

Employees sign in with their corporate accounts; there is no extra password pool for IT to manage. The group CFO, the entity finance lead, the department manager and the spending employee each operate at a defined permission level — what each role can see and do is explicit.

Multiple entities, one consolidated view

Each entity its own ledger; headquarters consolidates in one dashboard

Even when your group companies run different ERPs — one SAP, another Oracle, a third Logo — Masraff runs each with its own chart of accounts and approval matrix. Consolidated breakdowns by entity, department, category or budget line are real-time; the month-end reporting marathon is over.

One platform across multiple legal entities

Your group companies may run on different ERPs — one on SAP, another on Oracle, a third on Logo. Masraff runs each entity with its own chart of accounts, its own approval matrix and its own cost-center plan. Each company manages its own finances; the group CFO sees consolidated spend across all entities in one panel. Break it down by company, by department, by category or by budget line — all real-time, no waiting for month-end.

Enterprise security and KVKK compliance

For the IT director and legal counsel inside a holding, the critical questions are: where is the data stored, who can access it, and how is access logged. At Masraff, data is hosted in Turkey and is fully aligned with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law). With SSO, employees sign in using their corporate identity (Azure AD, Google Workspace) — no separate passwords, no extra user pool for IT to maintain. Role-based access means the group CFO, the entity finance lead, the department manager and the spending employee each operate at the right permission level. Every action — approve, reject, edit, delete — is captured in an audit record that goes back as far as you need.

Intercompany cost allocation and transfer pricing

A common holding scenario: corporate headquarters buys a software licence, five group entities share its use, and at month-end headquarters has to allocate the cost back. Masraff distributes those central expenses to group companies based on rules you define — user count, revenue, headcount or your own formulas. Intercompany expense transfers are categorised automatically; transfer pricing rules are applied inside the system, and the document trail your tax advisor needs is preserved for every transfer.

Audit-ready trail for internal audit, external audit and tax advisors

Audit cycles are stressful for enterprise groups. Internal audit asks, "Why did this department spend so much on meals in February?" — and the answer takes three days. In Masraff, the full history of every expense opens in one click: who requested it, who approved it, which policy applied, where the receipt is, and which journal number it landed on in the ERP. Internal audit, external auditors and your tax advisor can pull standard reports themselves — your finance team can spend its time elsewhere. The Turkish tax framework is built in: items like non-deductible expenses (KKEG) and non-refundable VAT scenarios are tagged automatically so your tax advisor's review list is short and clear.

Connected to SAP, Oracle, Logo and the ERPs you already run

Most enterprise groups run different ERPs in different subsidiaries. The parent might use SAP S/4HANA while the retail arm runs on Logo Tiger and a newly acquired company sits on Oracle NetSuite. Masraff treats that as a feature, not a problem — each entity connects to its own ERP and expenses flow into the right accounts automatically. New acquisitions, new ERP integrations and consolidation changes ship in weeks rather than dragging on for months. Logo, Luca, Orka and Turkey's GİB e-invoice integration are ready out of the box; the data feed you share with your tax advisor sets up in a single step.

Bring holding-scale expense management onto one platform — let the CFO see consolidated, internal audit find evidence on demand, and each group company keep its own books. Request an enterprise demo and we will brief your finance, IT and internal audit teams in a single session.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is our data hosted? How is KVKK compliance handled?

All customer data in Masraff is hosted in Turkey. The infrastructure meets every KVKK requirement — the documentation your legal counsel needs for the data inventory, explicit consent, deletion requests and information notices is ready in a single bundle to share for review.

Does Masraff work with our existing SSO? We use Azure AD or Google Workspace.

Yes. SSO (Azure AD, Google Workspace and other corporate identity providers) is supported as standard. Employees never set up a separate Masraff password; they sign in with their organisational identity. When a leaver is offboarded centrally, their Masraff access closes at the same moment — IT does not need to maintain a separate user pool to police.

How do consolidated reports work across multiple legal entities?

Each group company runs in Masraff with its own ledger, its own cost-center plan and its own approval matrix. The group CFO or finance director plugs into one consolidated dashboard: breakdowns by entity, by department, by category or by budget line are live. You work off current numbers without the month-end Excel merge.

How do we set up intercompany transfer pricing rules?

You define the rules for distributing central costs to group companies inside Masraff — by user count, revenue, headcount or your own formula. Intercompany expense transfers are categorised automatically and transfer pricing rules apply on every transfer. The supporting document chain your tax advisor needs is preserved per transaction; the standard outputs for transfer pricing reporting are ready when the cycle hits.

We run both SAP and Oracle in the group — does Masraff work with both?

Yes. Within the same group, one entity may use SAP S/4HANA, another Oracle NetSuite and a third Logo Tiger. Each company connects to its own ERP and expenses flow into the right accounts. New acquisitions or new ERP integrations are measured in weeks, not months. SAP Business One, Oracle, Logo, Luca, Orka and GİB e-invoice integrations are ready.

How far back does the 'who spent what' history go for internal audit?

The audit trail has no time limit — every expense, approval, rejection, edit and deletion is preserved permanently. Internal audit gets the answer to 'why did this department spend so much on meals in February?' in three seconds, not three days: who requested it, who approved it, which policy applied, where the receipt is, which journal number it landed on in the ERP — one click.
