What happens if a document is lost?

Every document is also digitally recorded. In case of physical document loss, processing can continue via the digital copy and a lost document report is generated.

Can shipment tracking be done from the mobile app?

Yes. You can create shipments, scan QR codes, and track delivery status in real time via the Masraff mobile app.
