Request Management

Masraff's spend request management module digitizes how employees get pre-approval for business expenses. An employee creates a spend request from the mobile app or the web, and the system starts the relevant approval workflow automatically. Requests are routed by amount, department and category rules; multi-level approval chains, parallel approvals and delegation are supported. Managers can approve or reject requests from the mobile app. Each request is compared against department and project budget limits; requests at risk of exceeding a budget are flagged and the responsible manager is notified. Approved and pending requests are tracked in real time, and average approval time drops to under 1 hour.
