Short bio
After graduating in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in 2009, I started my career in the US as a Workforce Optimization consultant at Kiran Analytics.
I then joined the consulting team at SAP Turkey, this time working on B2B CRM projects. Moving from B2B to B2C, I joined Garanti Bank's Strategic Marketing and CRM team and played a role in launching a Customer Experience Program that reached 16 million customers.
In 2017, I founded the artificial intelligence startup Masraff together with Cenk Sezgin and Arıl Bozoluk. Today I serve as its Co-founder and CEO. Masraff is a mobile platform that uses artificial intelligence to eliminate manual expense entry for employees, speeds up approval flows, and integrates with accounting and ERP systems.
I played a role in bringing to life a Customer Experience Program that touched 16 million customers.
