Q: Which map services does distance calculation use?

Google Maps and Yandex Maps integration is available. Both services provide the most accurate distance calculations taking real-time traffic data into account.

Q: How are per-kilometer reimbursement rates determined?

Company administrators can define different per-km rates based on vehicle type, fuel type, and employee grade. Rates are centrally managed.

Q: How is route manipulation prevented?

Reported distances are automatically verified via the map service. Requests exceeding a certain deviation percentage are automatically routed for additional approval.
