Mikro Yazılım Integration

The Masraff–Mikro integration is typically activated within about two business days using Mikro’s REST API or file-based interface. With the setup wizard, chart of accounts mappings, VAT codes, and cost center definitions are configured. Masraff’s technical team assists during installation and verifies the integration in a test environment before going live. Even if your Mikro version changes, the integration continues to operate with support from our compatibility team.

Masraff works fully compatible with Mikro’s accounting (general ledger and chart of accounts), accounts receivable/payable, invoice management, and cost center modules. Approved expenses are transferred as journal entries to the relevant expense accounts, while VAT codes are automatically aligned with Mikro’s tax definitions. E-invoice and e-archive data can also be transferred from Masraff to Mikro. This structure allows companies using Mikro to preserve their existing accounting workflows and reporting templates.

All data transfers are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption, and Masraff uses secure API authentication for the Mikro connection. Our infrastructure runs on security practices aligned with ISO 27001. Expense and invoice data are written to immutable logs after processing, keeping the audit trail complete and tamper-proof. Regular penetration tests and security audits continuously verify the security of the infrastructure.
