FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How is Masraff Netsis integration set up?
Masraff Netsis integration is set up in an average of 1–2 business days using ready-made API connectors, requiring no code changes or additional modules in your Netsis system. The setup wizard configures chart of accounts mappings, VAT code definitions, cost center assignments, and approval rules step by step. All mappings are validated with real expense scenarios in a test environment before going live. Masraff's technical team provides active support for the first 30 days after go-live.
Which Netsis modules does it integrate with?
Masraff provides full integration with Netsis's Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules. Approved expenses are automatically transferred to the accounting module as journal entries, while purchase requests are fed into Netsis's order and invoice flow. Through budget module integration, the relevant budget line is queried in real time before each expense approval and spending at risk of budget overrun is automatically routed. Logo Netsis Wing and Netsis 3 Enterprise versions are supported.
How is data security ensured in Netsis integration?
All data transfers between Masraff and Netsis are protected with TLS 1.3 encryption and every API call is signed and logged for immutability. Masraff infrastructure runs on security practices aligned with ISO 27001; employee personal data is accessible only by authorized roles. Role-based access control is mapped to the authorization schema in Netsis, minimizing unauthorized access risk. Security is continuously validated with annual penetration tests and real-time anomaly monitoring.
