How is it calculated?
The assumptions behind the numbers
This tool is a simple, transparent estimation model — not a precise cost analysis. Every result rests on the three assumptions below; if your own numbers differ, your real savings will too:

4 expense transactions per employee per month
Monthly transaction volume is assumed to be 4× headcount. This is a rough average — travel-heavy teams will be higher, office-based teams lower.

~2 minutes per transaction with Masraff
Snapping a receipt and sending it to approval is assumed to take about 2 minutes per transaction. You set your current time (default 20 minutes) with the slider; the savings come from the gap between the two.

Hours reclaimed and their money value are different things
The core result is hours reclaimed: time your team no longer spends processing expenses. The money figure multiplies those hours by an estimated loaded cost of $27 per hour and is not based on a published benchmark. It is not cash that stays in the bank; it becomes value only if the time goes to other work. Masraff licence and setup costs are not included.
In short: monthly transactions = employees × 4; current workload = transactions × your minutes; with Masraff = transactions × 2 minutes; the hours saved are the difference; their money value uses an estimated $27 per hour, before licence costs. If your own numbers differ, your real savings will too; this is not a binding quote or guarantee.
How does the calculation work?
Monthly transactions are assumed to be 4× your headcount. Your current workload is transactions × the minutes you enter; with Masraff the same transactions take about 2 minutes each. The difference is the hours saved; their money value uses an estimated $27 per hour. That is the notional value of reclaimed capacity, not direct cash savings, and Masraff licence costs are not deducted.
